First PTA Executive Committee Meeting
The first PTA Executive Committee meeting of St Monica English Medium School for the academic year was held on August 4th at 3:30 p.m. in the Audio-Visual Room. A total of 24 members attended the meeting, including the Manager Rev. Fr Melwyn D’Souza, Principal Sr Sharmila Pandranki, Vice Principal Rev. Fr Suraj Joseph Lobo, staff representatives, and parent members.
The meeting commenced with a prayer led by Fr Melwyn D’Souza, invoking blessings for a fruitful academic year. Sr Sharmila Pandranki, the Principal, extended a warm welcome to all the members.
Following the welcome, the Manager Fr Melwyn introduced the agenda of the meeting and facilitated discussions. One of the key highlights of the meeting was the selection of Mrs. Yamini Naveen Kumar as the PTA Vice President for the current academic year.
A brief discussion was held on various matters concerning the school and the academic progress of students. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Fr Suraj Joseph Lobo, the Vice Principal.
Tea and snacks were served to all attendees at the end of the meeting.
