The first Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) of the academic year was held on 30/06/2025 , Monday for grade 10 students with active participation from parents, teachers, and school management. The session commenced with a prayer by students of grade 10 and Mrs. Krithi hosted the PTM , marking the beginning of a meaningful and collaborative event between the school and parents.
Following this, Fr Suraj Joseph Lobo, the Vice-Principal of the school, addressed the gathering. He emphasized the importance of regular communication between parents and teachers and highlighted the collaborative efforts required to ensure the holistic development of each child.
The session continued with subject teachers sharing their observations and feedback regarding student performance in their respective subjects. They also discussed students’ participation, learning behavior, and areas that need improvement, offering valuable insights into the academic progress so far.
A brief and meaningful interaction session was held between the parents and teachers. This allowed parents to share their concerns, suggestions, and queries openly in a collective environment.
Subsequently, the School Manager addressed the gathering and shared a few important announcements concerning the school’s upcoming activities and initiatives for the students of grade 10 such as extra classes in the evening after the school hours , Motivational sessions in the second Saturday’s to improve the concentration regular interactions to be maintained and expectations from students and parents in the forthcoming months.
Next, The session was gracefully concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Ms. Deekshitha, who expressed gratitude to all for the active involvement and support.
Following the vote of thanks, parents met with the subject teachers individually. They reviewed their child’s first unit test answer sheets, discussed performance challenges, and sought suggestions on how to support their children’s learning at home. Teachers provided constructive feedback and guidance on how to overcome difficulties and enhance academic performance.
The meeting ended on a positive note, reinforcing the strong partnership between the school and parents, working hand in hand for the overall development of the students.
